Client Feedback

“We’ve been working with Tango IT for approximately a year now and are impressed with their high level of professionalism, communication and reliability.

Not only do Mark, Ian and their team have expert knowledge of information technology as a whole, they display this same level of knowledge within the space we’re working in too, which is crucial.

Mark has visited us in Geraldton and spent time on site with us, managing the entire process really well. As a group of ‘non-technical people’, we greatly appreciated their ability to translate and explain the technology jargon in a way we could understand. We’ve worked very hard to bring our staff along on this journey, so this was important to us.

I’ve worked on software development projects in the past – there is certainly a lot to be said for dealing with industry experts such as Tango IT, who aren’t aligned with any products or vendors. Because of this, I felt confident their advice and recommendations were tailored to us and our unique needs.

Knowing they were independent consultants was one of the key reasons we chose Tango IT. They were able to offer a clear outside perspective and provide suggestions and solutions to meet our goals.

We’ll use them through the entire implementation process and would recommend their services to other local governments.”
