Client Feedback

“Over the past two years, Tango IT have been a wonderful support throughout a very complex initiative.

Whilst we’ve dealt with IT providers and developers directly in the past, this was our first time working with a specialised IT consultant, and I can confidently say that having an intermediary has been invaluable.

The team were proactive in sourcing appropriate solutions and have continued to go above and beyond our requirements and expectations.

As outsiders of the IT industry, you could say we were naive, but with Tango IT by our side in their role as an intermediary, we were better equipped with the understanding necessary for the project to succeed.

We were guided through the project every step of the way, with options to effectively support the implementation of our new technology solutions. Not only did they guide us through the entire process, they also performed the majority of the negotiations using the IT language and knowledge that we don’t have, working in our favour.

They are very approachable and available to answer any questions we may have. Their advice, support, guidance and reassurance have been an integral part of what we’re now going to achieve.
